The Penrite Winter Cup is called that for a reason…..Cold, cold & bloody cold (with a slightly refreshing cool breeze…..) Round 2 was no exception. It was bitterly cold on the hill, as seemed to be attested by the amount of competitors struggling to get any grip they could!! The only real warmth wasn’t from the sun when it appeared, but down in the paddock (I’m sure it’s not from the cars, but all the love…..:-/) I don’t think any records were broken today, but there were a few PB’s, and some very fast times put in overall considering how cold the track was (did I already mention this??) The day went smoothly with no serious mishaps!! (a couple of “off’s”, but nothing major…..)
